My work as a musician includes composing, musically directing, arranging and performance.

I recently I co-wrote ‘The Little Mermaid’ for Nottingham Playhouse’s Studio Christmas show with Joe Venable. I also arranged and musically directed the Edinburgh Fringe smash-hit ‘A Jaffa Cake Musical’ for Gigglemug Theatre. In 2024, I co-wrote and performed in ‘Rishi Sunak’s Doing A Musical!’, which premiered at Waterloo East Theatre in July 2024. For more info on that, check out this page! And in 2023, my Breaking Bad parody ‘methsical’, ‘Faking Bad’ had a second run produced by Paul Taylor-Mills at the Turbine Theatre. A cast recording of the original show was released in 2019. I am a member of the BML (Book, Music & Lyrics) Advanced Group, and am also currently working on a new musical comedy called ‘The Sesh’ with lyricist and book-writer Rebecca Simmonds (In Clay). 

Outside of my composing work, I work as a musical director for various companies, including most of Immerison Theatre’s family shows & pantomimes.

I’m also a keen musician, having played piano for over 15 years and also trumpet, accordion & ukulele. I am the current keys player for ‘The Bluejays’, a vintage Rock ‘n’ Roll band specialising in 50’s and 60’s music and playing up and down the UK in theatres and for private functions.
